Bill Armstrong has a general litigation practice with particular emphasis on representing governmental entities in many areas of law, including advice on Open Meeting Act and Public Information Act issues, defense of employment discrimination claims, voting rights claims, civil right suits, breach of contract claims and general tort action defense. His litigation experience has also involved trial and appellate work in anti-trust, product liability defense, family law, oil and gas litigation and probate litigation.

Additional Information
Mr. Armstrong is married to Nancy Bayliss Armstrong and has three children, Will, Anne and Daniel. He is active in organizations of attorneys representing Texas school districts, including recently serving as Chairman of the Texas Council of School Attorneys. He has spoken at a wide range of legal and school law continuing education seminars. He is active in local organizations; Mr. Armstrong has served as a director of the South Texas Leukemia Society and Oak Hills Country Club. He is an avid supporter of the University of Texas and has served as President of the San Antonio chapters of the Texas Exes and the Longhorn Club. Mr. Armstrong's hobbies are golf, reading and gardening. He is a member of the Alamo Heights Methodist Church.
