Jerry Fulton served in corporate law departments in the Oil and Gas industry prior to joining Langley & Banack. From 1979 until 1996, he was employed in the legal department of Valero Energy Corporation, ultimately serving as Managing Attorney and Manager of the General Law Department. He was responsible for varied matters and advice in the areas of Litigation, Settlements, Insurance, and Employment, and in drafting a wide variety of contractual agreements. Mr. Fulton also served as Assistant Secretary of Valero Energy Corporation and Vice President of a subsidiary. At Langley & Banack he handles most aspects of Civil Litigation, including case research, pleadings, discovery, researching, preparing and arguing pre-trial motions, trial preparation, and appellate petitions and briefing, both from the plaintiff and defense sides.

Mr. Fulton is married to the former Karla Van Buren of San Antonio, Texas, and is the father of three daughters, Merideth, Alexis and Allison. He has resided in San Antonio, Texas for over twenty five years. His focus away from the practice of law involves hunting and fishing.
