Rob Ramsey has a litigation practice, specializing in appeals. Board-certified in Civil Appellate Law and Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, his appellate practice includes briefing and oral arguments at the appellate level, as well as trial, pretrial, and post-trial litigation support in matters such as evidentiary issues, jury charges, motions, briefing, and oral presentations in a broad range of litigation. He also practices collaborative law. In addition, Mr. Ramsey is a frequent lecturer and author of books and articles on the topics of appeals, evidence, and procedure.
