Ruben Valadez was born in Austin, Texas on August 29, 1964. He was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in November, 1996. During his years of practice, Ruben has helped clients faced with a wide range of lawsuits and claims throughout South Texas. He received his preparatory education from St. Edward's University earning his Bachelor of Business Administration in 1986. He received his legal education at St. Mary's University of San Antonio, Texas, where he was on the Dean's List, and obtained his Juris Doctor degree in 1996. Ruben has lectured to local boards of realtors on updates in the law involving real estate errors and omissions policies, and compliance with the Real Estate Licensing Act.  He has also been a guest lecturer at the CPCU Society 2000 National Convention. He is a member of the Mexican-American Bar Association, San Antonio Young Lawyers Association, and the San Antonio and American Bar Associations.

Ruben concentrates his practice in the defense of real estate agent's errors and omissions claims, as well as issues for real estate brokers with the Texas Real Estate Commission. Ruben also defends insurance agents against errors and omissions claims. Additionally, he defends automobile and trucking personal injury claims, and is also active in representing mobile home manufacturers and retailers.
