Tom Coghlan is experienced in a broad range of litigation having represented clients in a variety of fields including product manufacturers and retailers, newspapers and other publications, drug and medical device companies, and real estate developers and brokers. He has completed the trial of more than 100 civil jury cases in the Courts of San Antonio, South and Central Texas, and has handled appeals in the Supreme Court of Texas and various other appellate courts. Mr. Coghlan has served as an officer and Director of the Texas Association of Defense Counsel and a Director of the San Antonio Bar Association. He is also active in the International Association of Defense Counsel and is a member of the Defense Research Institute. Mr. Coghlan has been listed as One of the Best Attorneys in San Antonio for the year 2007.

Additional Information Mr. Coghlan and his wife, Sandy, are long-time residents of San Antonio, Texas, and are the parents of three adult daughters.
