Many times a legal dispute is resolved or even tried outside of the court system through a process known as alternative dispute resolution (ADR). As part of Langley & Banack's extensive civil litigation practice, our attorneys regularly represent clients in arbitrations, mediations and other forms of ADR. Our litigation section is constantly asked to advise clients on the appropriateness, timing and pros and cons of the use of various ADR methods and procedures to help position a case toward a successful resolution and/or result. Due to certain members of the Firm having additional experience in serving as an arbitrator and/or a mediator in legal disputes, the Firm has a unique perspective on how to most effectively present cases in an ADR setting. Our experience and reputation in the courtroom and through ADR is a significant advantage for the Firm in handling legal disputes in mediation or arbitration.

Certain members of Langley & Banack's litigation section use their vast and varied trial experience by serving as an arbitrator and/or mediator for other attorneys and legal disputes. The Firm's strong record of trial experience and familiarity with the state and federal courts in San Antonio and the surrounding area enable these lawyers to effectively serve as arbitrators and/or mediators in helping attorneys and clients from all over Texas resolve cases of varying complexity and financial risk.
