The medical malpractice group at Langley & Banack, Inc. has extensive trial and appellate experience. Our firm focuses primarily on the defense of physicians and hospitals in medical negligence cases. We have an up-to-date knowledge of the current statutory amendments to the Medical Liability Act and are dedicated to the aggressive representation of our clients.

Langley & Banack maintains an extensive data base of experts and a library of depositions, as well as access to the prior expert reports and resumes of the plaintiff's experts. Because of our extensive experience in this area, we are able to create a realistic litigation budget and provide an honest and accurate assessment of the strengths and weaknesses of our client's cases. Although the majority of cases do settle, our experience and knowledge in this area give us the ability to provide effective representation at trial if necessary.

We maintain regular client contact for the purpose of advising the client of the progress of the case throughout all phases of the litigation, and to receive input as part of the development of a winning strategy.
