Langley & Banack's School Law practice includes the representation of school districts in all phases of district operation including employment disputes, student discipline, personnel matters, elections and voting rights, special education, construction and other types of contracts, real and personal property leases, acquisition agreements, tax collections, tax abatement, real estate, civil rights and other constitutional claims, and other litigation involving potential liability of school districts, board members and administrators for insurance defense purposes. The attorneys in this practice area represent two large area districts and a number of other districts. The following are examples of matters for which representation has been provided:
