Langley & Banack, Incorporated recently represented Austin, Texas based BAT Investments, Inc. in its acquisition of Capital Bank of Texas.

Capital Bank of Texas is based in Carrizo Springs, Texas and operates a branch office in Crystal City and a loan production office in Austin. The Bank plans to expand its presence in the Austin market by opening a full service branch office in early 2022.
