Natalie F. Wilson has been promoted to Shareholder as of December 7th, 2018. Ms. Wilson will lead the Firm’s Cybersecurity practice, as well as continue to practice in the Bankruptcy and Litigation areas.

Shareholder Erica Valladares will speak at the San Antonio Manufacturers Association’s annual Employment Law Seminar on February 22nd at the CPS Energy Management Training Center. The topic will be “Back to the Basics: Nuts and Bolts.”

Former Chief Justice Catherine Stone will speak on the great women of the 4th Court of Appeals at the 125th Anniversary Celebration of the Court on Tuesday, November 27th. Justice Stone was appointed to the bench in 1994. The event will be in the 4th Court of Appeals courtroom at 3 p.m.

Shareholder Bill Sommers will join a group panel including George Bowles (Locke Lord), Rick Flake, and Laird Lawrence to present “Old Dogs and their Tricks.” These seasoned attorneys will have a conversational presentation about construction law best practices and the changes they see coming. The Construction Law Section seminar is scheduled for February 28 – March 2, 2019 in San Antonio.
