A San Antonio native, Daniel graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University in 2015 before returning to San Antonio for his Juris Doctorate from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 2020. During his time at St. Mary’s, Daniel was a Board Member for the nationally recognized St. Mary’s Law Journal—serving as Solicitations and Articles Editor. Daniel also had the distinction of interning with the Honorable Judge Patrick Higginbotham on the US 5th Circuit Court of Appeals providing him with valuable exposure to appellate proceedings.
Daniel began his career with the Bexar County Public Defender’s Office working out of County Court at Law #12 and #1. With three years of trial and defense experience, Daniel has built a strong foundation in courtroom advocacy, having represented clients with unique and diverse backgrounds. His extensive trial experience equips him to handle the legal complexities faced by governmental entities.
At Langley & Banack, Daniel focuses on governmental law, working with municipalities, governmental bodies, and boards across Central and South Texas. His practice involves advising on compliance, litigation, and governance matters. Daniel’s dedication to public service and his ability to navigate the intersection of law and government make him a strong advocate for his clients.
