F. Matthew “Matt” Flores practices in the areas of Estate Planning and counsels fiduciaries (administrators, trustees and agents) with issues involving the administration of estates. Mr. Flores is Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He received his B.B.A. from Texas A&M University, his J.D. from the University of Missouri—Columbia and his LL.M. degree from the University of Miami—Coral Gables in Estate Planning. He is a member of the San Antonio Estate Planners Council, the San Antonio Bar Association, the Real Estate, Probate and Trust Law Section of the State Bar of Texas and the College of State Bar of Texas. He has been recognized as a Texas Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2021-2023 in the area of Estate & Trust Litigation.
