About Fred R. JonesFred Jones’ practice includes a broad range of complex claims and litigation in the areas of real estate, land use, municipal, insurance, and business. He currently represents three of the largest title insurance underwriters in the United States. Fred handles complex title insurance, real estate and commercial claims and litigation. Over the years, he has represented individuals, homeowners, manufacturers, and business owners in a variety of claims, trials and appeals. He has prosecuted and defended claims by and against lawyers and others in professional liability and other estate and fiduciary litigation. Fred has also been a Court-appointed Mediator, Arbitrator, and Receiver in complex real estate partnership disputes and lawsuits.
