Tim is a first generation Texan, born and raised in Houston, Texas. Tim graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas State University in 2017. After undergraduate studies, Tim managed the Central Texas Division of a private security firm where he oversaw over 12 locations and more than 120 employees. Subsequently, Tim attended St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas on scholarship, and in 2021 graduated cum laude in the top 5% of his class with his Juris Doctorate. During his time at St. Mary’s, Tim was a staff writer with the nationally recognized St. Mary’s Law Journal and participated in the St. Mary’s Criminal Justice Clinic where Tim gained valuable experience representing indigent clients on a pro bono basis. Tim is a St. Mary’s Law Fellow and a member of the John M. Harlan Society.
Tim practices civil litigation with a focus on construction law, oil and gas law, personal injury law, insurance law, and commercial disputes. Tim’s approach is rooted in a commitment to delivering personalized legal solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals, and he is known for his attention to detail, strategic thinking, and ability to craft innovative legal strategies that drive successful outcomes. Tim is currently licensed to practice in the State of Texas as well as on the Federal docket in the Western District of Texas.
